We provide mobile device repair services at the customer’s location.
Repairs may include screen replacement, battery replacement, diagnostics, and other hardware-related services.

2. Appointments & Callout

Customers must book an appointment and provide accurate contact details and location information.
A callout fee is required for our technician to travel to your location. This fee is charged whether a repair is completed or not.

3. Payment

Payment for repairs and services is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty on Repairs

  • Hardware repairs generally include a [e.g., 30-day / 90-day] warranty on parts and workmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Physical damage after the repair

    • Water damage

5. Liability

While every care is taken during repairs, we are not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Further damage that results from existing faults

  • Damage caused by third-party components previously fitted

Customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair.

6. Third-Party Parts

Unless otherwise stated, replacement parts may be third-party or OEM-quality alternatives. If you require genuine manufacturer parts, you must request them in advance.

7. Device Assessment

If the technician determines that a repair is not possible at your location (e.g., severe motherboard damage, water damage, incorrect model information), the callout fee still applies.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations made within [X] hours of the appointment may still incur the callout fee.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the repair location

  • Confirm the device model and fault accurately

  • Ensure the device is accessible and not activation-locked (unless the service does not require unlocking)

2. Callout Fee Policy – Non-Refundable

This Callout Fee Policy explains how callout charges work when you request a mobile repair service from [Your Company Name].

1. What Is the Callout Fee?

The callout fee is a fixed charge that covers the technician’s:

  • Travel time

  • Fuel and transportation costs

  • On-site assessment of the device

  • Reserved appointment slot

This fee is separate from repair costs.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

The callout fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visit.
You agree to this policy when booking an appointment.

The fee remains non-refundable in situations such as:

  • You decide not to proceed with the repair

  • The quoted price is not accepted

  • The technician cannot complete the repair due to pre-existing damage

  • Incorrect device model/fault was provided during booking

  • No one is available at the location during the appointment

  • The fault cannot be replicated or diagnosed on arrival

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made after the technician has already been dispatched will still incur the callout fee.
Cancellations made before dispatch may be exempt depending on timing:

  • Cancellations before [X hours]: No charge

  • Cancellations after [X hours] or closer to the appointment: Full callout fee applies

4. Rescheduling

We allow customers to reschedule appointments once, free of charge, if notice is given at least [X hours] in advance.

5. Technician Unable to Attend

If we cannot attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the callout fee will:

  • Either be fully refunded

  • Or credited toward a future appointment (your choice)

This is the only exception to the non-refundable policy.
